My Hobbys
Writing, laughing, spinning and knitting. Depending on the day may change that particular order. There are some days that my
computer seems to want to sprout wings when I just can't get my brain to connect with my fingers. And yet there are other days
where my knitting needles should be registered at the local Sheriffs Office as potential lethal weapons all because of a dropped
stitch...ten rows back! But all in all, I choose peaceful hobbies. Ha.

My first book, "From Positive Test to Empty Nest" a humorous journey through motherhood, is now available at Amazon.com. It is
a memoir following my hilarious journey through motherhood from the shocking first positive pregnancy test result through the
requisite childhood bumps and bruises, first kisses, first loves, first heartbreaks, to horses, cars, and motorcycles. All leading up to
the day they think they know more than you and want to put their extensive knowledge , or lack there of, to the test and throw
themselves out of your comfortably feathered nest into the big, scary world. For some reason I was in denial about the whole "I'm
raising you to be a productive part of society" thing, I seemed to forget that if I did a good job that they would someday have the
audacity to actually leave me. Thats the thanks I get for a job well done. Mommy abandonment.

My second book titled, "Hopefully." It is a lighthearted romance about a woman named Hope who, after 20 years of marriage,
suddenly finds herself a single mom navigating the work force while unwittingly finding romance in the strangest place. With her
good friend Mattie, and new friends Helen, Gertie and Philip by her side she finds that life can be full of joy and surprises.

My third book, Faithfully is the sequel to Hopefully and continues following the crazy and fun lives of best friends Hope and
Mattie, where Mattie learns that words of love should never be left unspoken.

Hopefully and Faithfully are currently being merged into one novel for your reading enjoyment.

'Prince Charming' ~ A childhood where imagination replaced reality to hide from the violence, followed by a failed marriage, left
Charlie wondering if  any such thing as a ‘Prince Charming’ really existed. When one day Prince Charming himself, all 80 pounds of
furry, slobbering, barking joy, slammed into her dragging with him a two legged creature that set Charlie’s nerves on fire and turned
her world upside down.

       Under construction:
       'Tides of Hope'

       and

       A murder mystery yet untitled.
